Colm Delves (1965 - 2020)
Colm Delves was a highly respected business leader who is fondly remembered by the DCU community. An alumnus of DCU Business School, he graduated with a degree in Accounting and Finance in 1987.
Colm served as CEO of Digicel from 2005 to 2018. Regarded as an inspirational leader with considerable business acumen, Colm was also known for his humility, his interest in developing talent, and as a person who loved passionately ‘giving back’. Colm maintained close connections with DCU, serving on the DCU Educational Trust Council of Trustees and initiating a range of support for DCU Access students.

The Colm Delves Leadership Lab is located on the ground floor of the DCU Business School (QG28), on the DCU Glasnevin Campus.
The Lab Was Established With Philanthropic Support From Digicel, To Honour Business Leader And DCU Alumnus Colm Delves Who Made A Long Lasting Contribution To The University Through Support For The DCU Access Programme And The Establishment Of The Digicel Summer Internship Programme.
This lab accommodates up to 15 students at a time and uses Oculus Quest 2 devices.
